Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility and Timeframes:
General: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Order Status: Requests will not be entertained if the order has already been shipped or is in the final stages of processing.

2. How to Request a Cancellation:
To cancel, please email sales@gauprasad.in or WhatsApp to +919845473528 with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
We will confirm if your cancellation is possible based on the current status of your order.

3. Fees and Refunds:
Full Refund: If your cancellation request is approved within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Partial Refund/Cancellation Fee:

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before a service date will not incur any cancellation fee.]

Cancellations made between 6-12 hours before a service date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after 12 12 hours before a service date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Promotional Items: If a promotional code was used, it cannot be refunded in case of a cancellation.

Refund Method: For online payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment source.
